Going down the same path?

I just watched President Obama speak about small business and how the stimulus package(s) are going to free up credit and help small businesses.  It sounded good.
But I’m wondering…

Ok…so South Carolina isn’t taking any stimulus money.  What a moronic idiot.
COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford on Wednesday became the first governor to reject some of his state’s share of President Obama’s economic-stimulus money, spurning $700 million that Sanford said would harm his state’s residents in the long run. Read article here
