Don’t Wait…
I’ve been reading about the tough economic conditions across the country and while many of us agree that there is opportunity associated with these circumstances let us not forget that there are people going through some very tough times. I just read a little piece on the CNN website about a gal who went from $80k a year to eviction…not fun.
I’m no expert but my advice to anyone who is facing potential job loss, a massive downturn in their business, or financial problems —- DON’T WAIT! Don’t wait until it happens – do something. Jump on Google and find some help. Talk to creditors. Talk to customers. Talk to vendors. Be proactive – don’t find yourself standing there with the Sheriff at your door wondering how you got to that point and what to do.
If you are a small business owner I would highly suggest talking with someone like John Miller – a Business Coach. We hire coaches to help our golf swing, work on our backhand in tennis, even to train our dog —- why in the world wouldn’t we hire someone who can help us build our business?
