I love ThanksGiving. Football, Food, and Family…
Thought I’d share a crazy idea that some of you guys out there might want to try: Buy a large turkey – buy a small ham. Insert the ham inside the turkey and smoke’em for about 8 hours. Excellent.
I suppose this might work with deep-frying the turkey but we’ve never tried that – I’m sure the oven route would be fine too, but there is nothing better than a smoked turkey…
