San Francisco is at it again
I’ve traveled all over the United States and without a doubt San Francisco is the most beautiful city in the country – and as an added bonus it has the best dining too!
Having said that – those folks out there where Speaker Pelosi lives can be rather strange…to say the least they are often considered to be out of the mainstream.
Now they want to legalize prostitution.
I’m all for it. I have a libertarian streak in me that says: TAX IT! Make it safe and make it a legitimate industry. Who knows…the rest of the country might follow. Can you imagine passing a hooker while headed up Hwy 129 on Blood Mountain on a Saturday afternoon? How about some ladies of the evening hanging out on the square in Dahlonega…a new meaning to “Gold Rush Days“. Mule Camp Days would never been the same…
I doubt we see that anytime soon.

I’ve been to San Francisco a few dozen times. It is my most favorite city in the U.S. and in the world comes in right after Sydney, Australia. Free, open, fights against inhibitions. Some of the best entertainment you’ll ever see up close and personal, right on the sidewalk (think Robin Williams, Country Joe and The Fish, Big Brother and The Holding Company,etc) And if you don’t like fresh crab meat 3 times a day, then head south and eat at Disneyland. And Dennis, the hookers are already there. Been there since the mid 1960’s. As long as they’re polite, clean and don’t hit on the locals, the police haven’t bothered them.
