When will the voters of this country figure out that when government sticks her big nose in a place it doesn’t belong - we have problems - we have major problems.
Show me a heavy regulated industry and I’ll show you an industry with horrible customer service, high prices, and poor quality — airlines / banking / insurance - those come to mind off the top of my little head.
Show me an industry with little regulation and I’ll show you an industry with innovation, great prices, customer service, and quality products — software / computer hardware / entertainment / dining - those come to mind off the top of my little head.
Sure - we need government regulations. Of course there are exceptions to this little theory - but in general you’ll always find that when government is heavily involved the consumer gets the short end…
