So we hear it again: EXTREME DROUGHT

This one issue should cause our citizens to understand the depth of government incompetence. There are still some folks out there who believe government has the answers and government is the solution to many problems. I continue to be amazed at that.

Why are we not building new reservoirs? We spent all of 2007 screaming about the drought - and what has our government done? Nothing. Zippo. Nada. Yea - I want government in control of healthcare too.

I would think it wouldn’t cost very much money in the grand scheme of things to build additional reservoirs - would it?

It appears our elected officials are far more concerned about November…which might be a mistake on their part.
