There has never been an exception to this rule. Off the top of my head: banking, airlines, insurance, healthcare...the list is easy to compile. So...why don't we add oil / gasoline / energy to the mix? Wouldn't that be fun? BIG OIL makes about $.11 profit. That's 11 cents. BIG GOVERNMENT makes about 15% between federal, state and some locals. That's about $.60. That's 60 cents. And all they had to do is find the name of the oil company and order them to pay. They didn't have to explore, get approval, drill, pump, ship, refine, deliver.
